The CLAT 2022 exam will be conducted on May 8, 2022, by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs). The national law entrance exam will be conducted in pen-and-paper format at approximately 147 test centers in 82 cities. CLAT 2022 application forms will be available on January 1, 2022. Those seeking admission to 5-year LLB and one-year LLM programs must complete the application form by March 31, 2021.
The following are the minimum eligibility criteria for filling out the CLAT 2022 application form:
Academic qualification: The candidate must have passed the 10+2 exam with 45 percent marks. LLM applicants must have a graduation grade point average of at least 50%. It should be noted that reserved-category candidates are exempt from the minimum-marks requirement.
Age restriction: There is no upper age limit for admission to either the 5-year LLB or the one-year LLM programs.
Those taking the qualifying exam during the exam year may also apply on a provisional basis.
